Journey at ATSER
Alexis has been with ATSER for almost two years, making remarkable strides in her professional journey. Starting as an appointment setter in the sales department, she embraced opportunities to learn and grow. Over time, Alexis transitioned into various roles, including assisting with administrative tasks and eventually leading ATSER’s Online Training Academy, a guidance platform for clients.
Today, Alexis plays a vital role in ATSER’s OSS team, actively pursuing a help support trainee position. She collaborates with talented colleagues to provide innovative solutions and ensure reliable customer support.
A Vital Role in Innovation
When asked to describe her position, Alexis highlights its importance:
“While our goal is to bring innovation through technology to the construction industry, we cannot build on that foundation without providing reliability to our customers. This is where the OSS team and help support come into play.”
Alexis thrives on connecting with customers and coordinating solutions. Although challenges arise in aligning teams and procedures, she finds fulfillment in overcoming these obstacles through teamwork and dedication.
A Customer-Driven Mindset
What motivates Alexis daily? For her, it’s the satisfaction of helping clients achieve their goals. Reflecting on her early days at ATSER, she recalls her response to a pivotal interview question: “What is your goal?”
Her answer then remains her guiding principle today: “To provide a solution for our client, for them to walk away with the results anticipated.”
Memorable Highlights
Among her milestones, Alexis fondly remembers her role in launching ATSER Academy. “My passion is to help others, so being the spokeswoman for this guidance tool platform is a highlight I’ll always cherish.” She also achieved a significant personal accomplishment by scoring 94% on the ACI exam (ACI, stands for American Concrete institute), showcasing her commitment to excellence.
Looking Ahead
Alexis has her sights set on mastering Manage-IT 2.0 and deepening her understanding of the technical aspects of the industry. She’s excited to strengthen her knowledge in help support and continue building her work ethic. “I hope to be a steppingstone in building strong solutions for our industry and connect with clients on a more personal level,” she shares.
Valuable Skills and Achievements
Working at ATSER has equipped Alexis with diverse skills, including document control, Adobe design, marketing, and Jira ticketing. Her attention to detail and focus on understanding the scope of work have been instrumental in her success. One of her most memorable projects has been witnessing the creation of Manage-IT 2.0. “To see something built from the ground up and experience the teamwork behind it is truly inspiring,” she says.
