Meet Evelyn Hernandez

As part of our Employee Spotlight series, we’re thrilled to introduce you to Evelyn, who joined last month, as a Request for Proposal (RFP) Supervisor. Her passion for project management, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration makes her a fantastic addition to our team.
Evelyn’s Role at ATSER
In her role, Evelyn is responsible for overseeing the preparation and submission of proposals, ensuring that they meet client expectations and align with ATSER’s high standards. Although new to the position, she has quickly embraced its dynamic nature. Evelyn enjoys collaborating with various departments to craft compelling proposals, which she sees as key to driving ATSER’s future success.
“The most fulfilling part of my job is seeing a proposal come together successfully, knowing it has the potential to win new business for ATSER,” says Evelyn. “The biggest challenge is balancing tight deadlines with the high standards we hold ourselves to, but it’s also what makes the job exciting.”
