Data and Cybersecurity Manager

Position Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Information Security Manager to join our growing team! As a leading provider of enterprise construction management software solutions, ATSER is committed to building a secure environment for our clients and internal data.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive information security program to protect company and customer assets and data.
Conduct regular security risk assessments and vulnerability scans to identify and mitigate potential threats.
Manage and maintain security controls, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and data encryption.
Investigate and respond to security incidents, following established procedures.
Develop and deliver security awareness training for employees.
Stay up-to-date on the latest security threats and trends to ensure the company’s security posture remains robust.
Partner with IT and other departments to ensure security is integrated into all aspects of the business.

Education/Skills:

Possess Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or ISACA Certified in Risk Information Systems Control (CRISC).

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in information security, with a focus on enterprise environments.
Proven track record of developing, implementing, and maintaining information security policies and procedures.
Strong understanding of security best practices, including risk management, vulnerability assessments, and incident response.
Experience with security frameworks such as NIST CSF, SOC 2, and ISO 27001 (a plus).
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to translate technical security concepts into clear and concise language for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Proficiency in security tools and technologies (SIEM, EDR, vulnerability scanners, etc.) is a plus.
