Our Commitment to Data Security
ATSER Systems, Inc. and its suppliers value your privacy and are committed to ensuring the security of your data. Please note that our mobile application does not collect or store sensitive data or credit card/payment information. Our focus is to ensure that no damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arise out of the use or inability to use this App. However, some jurisdictions may not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.
Responsibility for Personal Information
While we ensure that no sensitive data or credit card/payment information is collected or stored by our mobile application, it is your responsibility to stay current with and comply with all laws and regulations that affect the collection of personal information by these devices.
Information We Collect
The information we collect may include:
Login Information: To facilitate your use of our App, we may use your login username and password along other technical information;
- Multimedia: Video, and photographic information that you record and upload through our application connected to ATSER Systems, Inc.’s server;
- Technical information: Data such as the IP address and app version, mobile device or device contacts our servers;
- Location Data: Only in cases where your network administrator has configured and authorized the mobile app to include geolocation data for testing locations.
Importantly, this app does not collect or store sensitive data such as credit card/payment information. No payment details such as name, billing address, and payment card details, including card number, expiration date, and security codes are collected or stored by or on our behalf. ATSER Systems, Inc. does not have access to or store this information.
How We Use Your Information
We may utilize your information in the following manners:
Personalization: To enhance your user experience, you have the option to select and store, color and hue selections for the application’s menu colors.
Storage of Test Data: The data you enter from your on-site field tests is securely stored within the mobile application using the SQLite mobile client database until you have completed all required field test data entries.
Data Transfer: Your username, assigned by your network administrator, password, and synchronized field test data will be transferred to computers located outside of your state or other governmental jurisdiction. It is important to note that the data protection laws in these locations may differ from those in your jurisdiction. Once the synchronized data is successfully received by the server, the stored SQLite database fields are promptly deleted by the mobile application.
Legal Disclosures: Your personal information may be disclosed if it is required by law or in response to valid requests from public authorities, such as a court or government agency.
Data Retention: We will retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy.
