In 2019, NYSDOT selected ATSER® to deploy a quality and document management system for Hunts Point Interstate Access Improvement Project. Hunts Point Interstate Access Improvement Project provides improved access between the Hunts Point Peninsula and the Sheridan and Bruckner Expressways for automobiles and trucks traveling to and from the commercial businesses located on the peninsula.

ATSER deployed the Assure-IT™ “Quality Management System” solution designed for agencies with acceptance and validation decisions. The software also provides governance and standardization for construction management, inspection and testing requirements. The electronic feature facilitates communication between the Agency and the Contractor regarding inspection and testing requests. The material testing features also allow the collection, analysis, and reporting in real time. The quality management information is available to all team members (based on the approved permission model) via the web.
